With a very impressive album size, access to a help forum, and prices of $0.15 per track, MP3Sale has as much to offer as any other site. A seemingly large number of payment options and a closely monitored help forum could make MP3Sale more appealing to users than other sites.

Perhaps the most notable difference about MP3Sale is the wide variety of payment options. Credit cards, paypal, amex, discover, electronic debit are the standard payment options. Then come the interesting options: charge directly to your mobile phone (or cell phone for the Americans - yes, it works there too!), or charge to your home phone bill, or a whole host of e-currencies (e-gold, Webmoney, e-silver, etc).

All tracks cost $0.15 - every song, no matter what the length is. However, if you purchase entire albums, you often get a further discount. For example, a random album of 11 tracks should cost $1.65, but costs $1.32 instead (20% less). This is similar to the pricing that MP3Fiesta uses (see the review for MP3Fiesta right here). Also worth noting is that the catalog seems to be kept very well up to date, with new titles added daily.

Although many of the tracks are encoded at 192kbps and greater, I was able to find some tracks (and albums) encoded at less than optimal rates. While that isn't always a big problem, the customer should take care when choosing albums for download: As long as you pay attention to what bitrate you are downloading at, this site is really excellent.

One thing that came to my attention during this review was the usefulness of including a forum on the website (most other music providers don't seem to have one at all). They seem to be monitored regularly, and users can make music requests and notify the webmaster of issues with downloaded tracks.
